Account Executive
Job Description

We've changed our name, expanded our offerings and are now poised to take the world by storm. As a result we are looking for rock star Account Executives to join our fast paced, dynamic team. If competition is in your veins, from overachieving on your monthly quota to winning our monthly Ping-Pong tournament, you'll fit right in.

Responsibilities
  • Hit your Quota on a consistent basis!
  • Identify goals and needs/requirements of prospects and clients, including budgetary cycles/amounts and key decision makers
  • Ability to tie in our KickFire products to the objectives of your prospect
  • Prospect, develop, and close customers for KickFire's suite of products
  • Perform product demos using web tools to prospects and customers
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure KickFire customer satisfaction
  • Negotiate terms of business with clients to achieve win/win results
  • Create and deliver accurate forecasts
  • Manage and ensure a strong sales pipeline
Skills and Experience
  • 3+ years experience selling technology and/or software; B2B applications, on-demand/SaaS, sales/marketing automation sales experience strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of quota over-achievement
  • Must have a Hunter sales mentality
  • Highly organized and strong time management skills
  • Experience working with a Sales Development Representative (SDR) team
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in our San Jose office
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred

The data integrity specialist for KickFire will be required to enter, review and update data accurately and in an efficient and time-conscious manner. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, consistently (and fiercely) accurate, and a team player. This is a full-time position on site in our San Jose' office.

The incredibly rich data and industry-leading accuracy that we provide our customers allows their marketers and sales teams to have precisely the information they need to target the right companies with the right message, and increase their sales pipeline and company success. Responsibilities
    Accurate and consistent data entry, including:
  • Reviewing existing records for accuracy
  • Researching and matching data
  • Updating existing records with missing data
  • Editing and correcting errors; adding new records and new data
Skills and Experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to focus and concentrate efficiently for specific periods of time
  • Ability to focus and input data accurately and efficiently under pressure (time limitations), for extended periods of time
  • Accurate typing/keyboarding
  • Working knowledge of any database applications are a plus
  • Ability to keep and preserve confidentiality
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Exhibit a positive attitude, demonstrate a strong work ethic, and integrity
  • Team oriented, in attitude and working alongside others; willingness to assist other team members as needed
  • Adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to sit and/or stand, type/keyboard and view information on a computer (desktop and/or laptop) and monitor for extended periods of time
  • Ability to work on-site in our San Jose' office
