Job Description

  • Identify goals and needs/requirements of prospects and clients, including budgetary cycles/amounts and key decision makers
  • Tie the KickFire solutions to the objectives of your customer when it makes sense
  • Create and deliver accurate forecasts
  • Manage and ensure a strong sales pipeline
  • Prospect, develop, and close customers for KickFire’s suite of products
  • Negotiate terms of business with clients to achieve win/win results
  • Perform product demos using web tools to prospects and customers
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure KickFire customer satisfaction
Skills and Experience
  • 5+ years experience selling technology and/or software; B2B applications, on-demand/SaaS, sales/marketing automation, DaaS sales experience
  • Proven track record of quota over-achievement
  • Highly organized and strong time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with a a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in our San Jose office
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred
Data Integrity Manager
Job Description

We’ve added a new role for a Data Integrity Manager to join our fast-paced, dynamic team!

This role is a full-time position on-site in our San Jose’ office. If you have a love of accurate data, technical skills and ability to lead a team of data integrity specialists, then KickFire would love to meet you.

Founded in 2005 and located in the heart of the Silicon Valley, KickFire is the leader in cloud-based B2B sales automation and IP address intelligence. The Data Integrity Team Manager for KickFire will be required to manage our data team while owning and maintaining special projects to accurately refine, grow and review our B2B firmographic and IP Address data in an efficient and time-conscience manner.  The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, consistently (and fiercely) accurate, and a team player.

  • Accurate and consistent data entry, including:
  • Data management, data migration, data governance, data clean up, and quality
  • Maintain quality of data to support the business in reporting performance metrics and generating actionable recommendations
  • Provide guidance and direction to establish quality expectations and enforce data standards
  • Establish strategy and approach to data cleanse and maintain overall quality control
  • Define and lead processes and methods to improve data quality through both automated and manual processes
  • Produce metrics supporting data quality performance and operations
  • Manage company accounts database to update records as needed, in maintaining established policies and procedures
  • Utilizing information technology systems and methods to sustain accurate constituency data records
  • Implement data quality process including parsing, analysis, standardization, and enrichment during batch process
  • Participate in meetings with departments to review process changes to identify opportunities for improved testing and reporting
  • Lead, train, and supervise Data Integrity staff to ensure data quality, normalization, and standardization, while prioritizing and coordinating overall workload of the team
  • Complete periodic audits to ensure data quality is meeting data accuracy goals
  • Create and record metrics regarding data management and data integrity
  • Establish data definitions, quality expectations to ensure compliance
  • Set data management standards to define and enforce data governance procedures and ensure data integrity
  • Collaborate with departments for data integrity related inquiries to maintain data quality
  • Coordinate and deliver data test to improve company records
Skills and Experience
  • Management experience
  • MySQL knowledge
  • Some demonstrated experience as a PHP developer (in LAMP stack environment)
  • Able to work with large databases, especially for data cleansing, aggregation, and normalization
  • Experience with regular expressions is a definite advantage (but not required)
  • Ability, and willingness, to learn quickly
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Actively enjoys working with data and data modeling
  • Ability to keep and preserve confidentiality
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Exhibit a positive attitude; demonstrate a strong work ethic, and integrity
  • Team oriented attitude and working alongside others; willingness to assist other team members as needed
  • Adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to sit and/or stand, type/keyboard and view information on a computer (desktop and/or laptop) and monitor for extended periods of time
  • Ability to work on-site in our San Jose office
